AARON T. WEAVER
Residents First. Growth with Purpose. Leadership with Standards.
Aaron T. Weaver’s public service did not start with a campaign.
It started with showing up.
Born in Newport News and raised in Hampton, Aaron’s connection to this city is lifelong. He was shaped by Hampton’s schools, neighborhoods, institutions, and working families.
Aaron is a Hampton University graduate, a third-generation shipbuilder, and a former Citizen Services Advocate with Hampton’s 311 system.
He has spent years helping residents ask better questions, navigate city services, and push for real answers.
ROOTED IN HAMPTON
Aaron’s connection to Hampton is lifelong. He was raised here, educated here, and shaped by the people, schools, neighborhoods, and institutions that make this city home.
PROVEN THROUGH ACTION
Aaron’s advocacy has gone beyond public comment. He has helped move neighborhood concerns from conversation to coordinated repair action and pushed for fair access at City Hall when residents lost access to the public comment podium.
LEADERSHIP WITH STANDARDS
As a Hampton University graduate and third-generation shipbuilder, Aaron brings discipline, preparation, and a resident-first standard to public service.
Aaron is running for Hampton City Council because residents deserve more than slogans.
They deserve leadership that listens early, sees the pattern, and acts before residents pay the price.
Hampton does not need politics as usual.
It needs leadership willing to challenge old habits, ask better questions, and do the work residents can see.
This campaign is about building Hampton for the people who live here.
