Hampton Voter Registrar
101 Kings Way, Hampton, VA 23669Monday–Friday: 8:30 a.m.–5 p.m.
Sundays, October 18 & 25: noon–5 p.m.
Saturdays, October 24 & 31: 9 a.m.–5 p.m.No reason or advance application is needed to vote early.

Vote by mail
Request by October 23 at 5 p.m.
Your request must be received by the registrar by the deadline.Follow the instructions enclosed with your ballot. Mailed ballots must be postmarked by November 3 and received by noon on November 6. In-person return is due by 7 p.m. on November 3; follow the official drop-off instructions.

Vote on Election Day
Tuesday, November 3
Polls are open 6 a.m.–7 p.m.Go to your assigned polling place. If you are in line by 7 p.m., you can vote.

Deadline: October 23, by 5 p.m. in person or 11:59 p.m. online.
After that deadline, eligible voters can register in person and vote a provisional ballot during early voting or at their assigned precinct on Election Day. The local electoral board reviews provisional ballots before counting them.
